Hoog has one issued and two pending patents in the areas of forensics and data recovery, is the author of two books on mobile forensics and security, has presented on forensics and mobile security at conferences such as RSAC, Cisco’s CIO Summit and OWASP AppSec USA, and is an expert witness.
