A new class of intelligence-led security is powering the future of cyber-defense, driven by deeper and broader visibility into the attacker ecosystem. This session will look at how intelligence is influencing the development of security products/services and how defenses will benefit from the integration of data from across IT/security operations with insights on the evolving threat landscape.

Marshall Heilman

Marshall Heilman is a Vice President with Mandiant, FireEye’s consulting organization. In addition to overseeing Mandiant services in the western US, he is responsible for all incident response and red team operations globally. Heilman has more than 16 years of experience in cybersecurity, performing intrusion investigations and red team operations. His areas of expertise include enterprise-wide incident responses, cybercrime investigations, red team operations and general security architecture. Heilman has extensive experience working with government organizations and businesses across a broad range of industries. He joined FireEye in 2014, when the company acquired Mandiant. Prior to joining Mandiant in 2006, he was a United States Marine, specializing in information security.
