The phishing email I received included detailed information about my career, likely scraped from my LinkedIn profile or other open sources. This level of personalization makes the scam more believable.
The email introduced a headhunter from a non-existent company, complete with a well-crafted call to action. However, a quick Google and LinkedIn search revealed no such profile or company. The accompanying website featured AI-generated images and content, further adding to the illusion of legitimacy.
