Speakers: Robert Jones, Garin Pace
Robert J. Jones is the Global Head of Financial Lines, Specialty Claims, at AIG. Jones is responsible for claims within the cyber, media, technology, fidelity, and kidnap and ransom lines of business. Jones has developed financial lines expertise through a variety of technical and managerial roles in claims, reinsurance and underwriting. Jones began his career at the Travelers in 1989 and joined AIG in 1992. Jones received a BS from the State University of New York at Binghamton.
Garin Pace is a Cyber Product Leader at AIG, responsible for cyber-exposure in the Financial Lines and Property products globally. In this role, Pace is responsible for shaping and driving the underwriting strategy for all cyber-perils, and ensuring all cyber-underwriting tools and processes are consistently leveraged across the portfolio. Pace joined AIG in 2005 as a Professional Liability Underwriter and has held various positions of increasing responsibility since. Most recently, Pace was Head of Underwriting Excellence – Cyber, responsible for the underwriting strategy and training for the cyber-insurance product in North America. Garin holds a bachelor of science degree in chemical engineering from Tufts University.
