Background
.
In past 12 months we have found increasing number of persons who are interested in joining our CISO Platform Community Events. Often we have got 2X or more registrations beyond our capacity/budget. This is a happy situation, however the flip side is that we have limited budget in terms of arranging for travel/stay. We are introducing the following policy for more community impact as well as transparency.

Policy

We would like the impact of the community collaboration to reach out to more and hence we would follow the following principles for travel and stay.

- We would encourage everybody who has official travel budget to arrange for their own travel. Your kind gesture towards helping to create more community impact shall be highly appreciated.
- In case an organization does not have travel budget CISO Platform shall consider them as potential candidate to sponsor their travel
- Priority shall be provided to speakers, task force members who has presentation during the event, ambassadors, anchors and others who are playing more active role in contributing for the community

We regret that due to resource constraints we would miss some of you. However this can change if all those who have office budget starts creating path for others. We look forward to all of your participation in our journey of community collaboration and knowledge sharing.
